At Dickies, we stand behind the quality of our workwear and offer a straightforward 90-day return policy for items in their original, unwashed condition. We want to ensure you have the right gear for the job, so if you aren't satisfied, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return as it travels back to our distribution center.
